Liza A. Harridyal Sodha
LL.B (HONS), LL.M, TEP
Liza Harridyal Sodha is the Principal of Harridyal Sodha & Associates (LizaLaw).
In 1994, Liza graduated with honours, from the law faculty at the University of Manchester, England and then articled in London, England. Thereafter, she completed a professional training course in Jamaica to qualify as a Caricom lawyer, prior to being called to the Bar in Barbados in 1996. In 2001, Liza earned a Masters Degree in the Law of International Trade & Finance from the University of Wolverhampton and London. Shortly after being accepted to the Barbados Bar, Liza worked for a private, Barbados based wealth management international bank as in-house Counsel and Trust Officer and then for a leading law firm in Barbados. Harridyal Sodha & Associates (LizaLaw) was formed in 2002 and has gained recognition in international circles. Liza is an Executive of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Barbados Branch), a Director of the Barbados International Business Association, and the Deputy Chair of the Joint Working Policy Group, which advises the Ministry of International Business in Barbados.
Keisha N. Hyde Porchetta
LL.B (HONS), TEP
Keisha N. Hyde Porchetta is a senior lawyer at LizaLaw and has been practicing since 2002. Keisha graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, having obtained her degree in Bachelor of Laws. She then pursued her Certificate of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. In addition to holding an LLB (Hons), Keisha is the current Chair of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA).
Keisha brings a wealth of experience in a number of legal areas including Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Property, Taxation, Trust and Estates, Insurance, Pensions, Shipping, Mergers and Acquisitions and Bankruptcy and Insolvency.
Ayo Barnard-Rawlins
LLB (HONS)
Ayo Barnard-Rawlins is an Associate at LizaLaw. Ayo was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2005 and to the Bar of Barbados in June 2006.
Ayo is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and currently serves as a Junior Committee Member on the Council for the Barbados Bar Association and as Committee Member on the Barbados International Business Association Legal Profession Committee.
At Harridyal Sodha & Associates Ayo is involved in Conveyancing, Mortgages, Employment law, Corporate and Commercial, and Trusts and Estates.
Padma Arjune
LL.B (HONS)
Padma Arjune is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad and Tobago, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree in 2019. She subsequently attended the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago and obtained her Legal Education Certificate in 2021. Upon being admitted to the Barbados Bar in 2021, Padma joined LizaLaw where she practices in Conveyancing, Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Trusts and Estates.
Andrea M. Husbands
LL.B (HONS)
Andrea was admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2019 having received her Legal Practice Certificate from the University of Cardiff, Wales in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Bar of Barbados in 2022 having been awarded the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad.
Andrea brings an eclectic perspective to the firm based on her diverse legal professional background, having practiced in areas such as Corporate Law, Conveyancing, Employment Law, Police Law (UK) and Inquest Law (UK). Based on her experience, Andrea brings a progressive and thought provoking perspective to legal matters. She is a problem solver and a critical thinker.
Danielle T. M. Rowe
LL.B (HONS)
Danielle joined our Firm in 2023 following her attainment of the Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago, and her subsequent call to the Bar of Barbados that year. Prior to that, she graduated with honors from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, Barbados in 2021, where she had developed a keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law and had shown distinct aptitude in relevant academic courses and practical exercises in the field.
This early passion has translated into Danielle’s professional career, as she has assumed a role in the LizaLaw family, where she practices in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and Employment Law, and provides varied Corporate Services to international and local business clientele.
Danielle brings a new perspective and dedication to our practice and is committed to making an invaluable contribution to the Firm’s continued provision of excellent legal services.
Tiffany A. Willoughby
LL.B. (HONS), LL.M
Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2019 where she was a Dean’s List awardee. She then obtained her Certification in Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago in 2021 and thereafter was admitted to the Bar of Barbados in that same year. During that year she served as a junior member on the Barbados Bar Council.
Tiffany pursued her passion for Corporate and Commercial law at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and obtained a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law in 2023.
In 2024, Tiffany joined the LizaLaw team and practices in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and Employment Law bringing with her a keen attention to detail and critical thinking.
Tiffany serves as Secretary on the Board of the Barbados Red Cross Society.
Daine K. Hinds
B.Sc., LL.B., LL.M., CAMS
Daine joined LizaLaw in 2024, bringing significant expertise in the corporate arena. Admitted to practice law in England and Wales, Barbados and Jamaica, Daine also holds a CAMS certification and a LL.M. from Cardiff University.
A former general counsel, head of compliance and MLRO for financial institutions in both Barbados and the Cayman Islands, Daine spearheaded the development of robust frameworks, demonstrating a keen understanding of corporate structures, insurance law and risk management. These roles showcase his unique blend of legal acumen and risk management, thereby highlighting his ability to navigate complex corporate and commercial legal and compliance landscapes.
He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, former VP of The Barbados Association of Compliance Professionals, and a former Legal Profession Committee Member of the Barbados International Business Association. His international presence also includes speaking engagements on topics such as FATCA compliance.
Kaycia A. Ellis-Bourne
LL.B. (Dist), M.Sc.
Kaycia graduated from the University of Guyana, Turkeyen Campus in 2016 where she earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with Distinction. She furthered her legal education at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago, where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C) in 2018, and subsequently was admitted to practise law in the Courts of Guyana in that same year. Kaycia pursued a Master of Science in International Trade Policy where she graduated at the top of her class and was the recipient of the Graduate Student of the Year Award for the Faculty of Social Sciences 2020/2021 from the University of West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She excelled in investment, trade and intellectual property law which whetted her appetite for Commercial law and her passion for Corporate and Commercial law effloresced.
In 2023 Kaycia was admitted to practise law in the Saint Lucia Circuit of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and Barbados. In the following year, Kaycia joined the LizaLaw team and practises in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and Employment Law. She brings her detail-oriented approach and innovative problem-solving skills to meet the diverse needs of our international and local business clientele and is committed to ensuring that her performance consistently reflects the LizaLaw’s unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency.

Stacy L. Maynard
Compliance Officer
Stacy is a highly efficient, experienced and competent Legal Assistant and Compliance Officer with LizaLaw. Stacy has obtained certification in Corporate Administration from the University of the West Indies, Barbados and has pursued the ICA International Advanced Certificate in AML from International Compliance Association, United Kingdom. Stacy is also a Justice of the Peace. Stacy possesses exceptional organizational and analytical skills and is very detailed oriented. Stacy is responsible for the firm’s and clients’ compliance monitoring and reporting.
